By commissioning work from me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

|. General

❤ I reserve the right to decline any commissions❤ I will cancel if there is rude unacceptable behavior, and I reserve the right to inform others privately or publicly about the commissioner (You)❤ Fraudulent charge backs, will get you blacklisted from future commissions, and I reserve the right to inform others privately or publicly about the commissioner (You)❤ Do not ask the commissioned (me) to do a similar art style to another artist. By commissioning me you agree to the commission being done in my art style.❤ Please always provide credit back to commissioned (me) when able❤ I will NOT accept commissions for NFT's or cryptocurrency❤ I do not approve or allow any on my work commission or not to be used or AI training or any other similar machine learning.

||. Payment

❤ Final Cost will be told to you and an invoice sent (use of PayPal)❤ Will also accept Cashapp but this must be told to me prior to finishing discussion of the commission and final payment amount❤ Depending on the commission, payment will either be due upfront before any work could begin or, it can be split into 2 payments (Note with the split payment option half the amount must be paid before work can begin).❤ Rush fee will be applied if needed by a specified date (average commission time from can be 2-4 weeks or a few months depending on amount of commissions/ complexity of commission/ and or just daily life (( Working full time, family commitments, illness, etc)). )❤ Revision fee will be applied if there are more than 3 revisions

|||. Commisioner's job

❤ Be kind, and patient during commission process❤ Please respond in a timely manner;- Failure to reply in 14 days during discussion of the commission, will nullify any discussion of the commission and any quoted cost.
- Failure to reply within 14 days when the commissioned (me) sends update(s) of an in-progress commission(s), will cancel the commission agreement between commissioner (You) and the commissioned (me). Any payment made for the commission (full upfront or half upfront cost depending on the commission agreement) at this time will be non-refundable.
-Failure to reply after 30 days, during an in-progress commission (meaning any commission start after full payment or half up front depending on the commission agreement) update will void any agreement of ownership toward the commissioner (You) and will now belong to he commissioned (me). Along with any agreement to not post sketches to the commissioned (me) socials during an in-progress or finalized commission(s).
-Failure to pay (if a second half is owed depending on commission agreement) after notification of a finalized commission in 30 days, will mean any payment sent up until that moment in time will be kept by the commissioned (me), and the commissioned (me) will have complete ownership over the commission.❤ Please send as many clear reference images, and clear descriptions about the commission as possible. If description and or references are not sufficient, it may lead to more unintended revisions and additional costs. Also, in turn, I may not be able to best visualize and finalize the commission to your expectations.

|V. Commissioned process and Schedule

❤ Full size original work for commercial use will add an additional 50% mark up to the commission cost.❤ Other type of commission work will incur different cost, and mark up amounts will be quoted to you during the pre-commission/ discussion stage and in the invoice prior to work on the commission.❤ I will accept 3 major sketch revisions, any additional revision during the sketch phase will be 2$ per revision.❤ Once a sketch is finalized, and actual work has begun I will only accept 2 major revisions. Any additional 5$ per revision.❤ Update(s) on commission progress will be sent in lower quality, watermarked images.❤ All Commissions take 2 weeks minimum to complete unless both parties the commissioner (You the client) and the commissioned (Me the Arist) agree upon a specific deadline prior to the start of the commission and will incur a rush fee.❤ All commissions are for personal use, unless otherwise agreed upon. Any commission for commercial work will incur an additional fee❤ Once works begins (after full payment is provided or half the full amount depending on commission agreement) there are no refunds.
